Versions of Sweet
The Sweet Social Media application is licensed in two forms: Sweet Standard Edition and Sweet Enterprise Edition.
Standard Edition:
- Sweet Social Messaging-A robust Text platform for conducting both inbound and outbound Text campaigns
- Sweet Social Search-to include public data from Facebook and Twitter
- Sweet Profiles-All captured content authors have a Sweet profile created and stored in Sweet
- Sweet Social Scoring-Ability to score social behavior by applying based on custom weighting
- Integration with Marketing Automation platforms
Sweet Enterrpise Edition
In addition to all of the features listed above, Sweet Enterprise includes access to expanded functionality within Sweet Social Search (The Hive). Hive searches can include a wide variety of content sources, including:
- Blogs
- Forums
- Video/Image sites
- Social Bookmarking sites
- Mainstream news sites
Additionally, the data that is returned from the SWEET Social crawler is augmented with additional pieces of data to provide more insight into the post and the authors including:
- Engagement Scores-a relative score how engaging the content is
- Measurement of as how popular the content is from the standpoint of the social community (Likes/Votes)
Which Version of Sweet is right for you?
It depends on how many terms you want to search and how many social platforms you feel you need to cover with your searches.
For some, Twitter and Facebook will cover the majority of their social dialogue, in which case the Standard Edition is right for you.
However, there are organizations that know their target prospects socialize in many other places, including LinkedIn, or on Forums and Blogs. If this is the case, then the Enterprise version is most appropriate.
In either case, it is very simple to start out with the Standard Edition, and migrate to the Enterprise Edition once you have uncovered more information about your prospects.
